After a deer collision totaled my old car I was looking for something to fit our current needs. 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. It had to have enough power to be fun to drive. Enough off-road capability that we can easily reach the camp sites and trail heads we want to go on -- nothing heavy duty. And it needed to be safe. I test drove and looked at everything in the small to mid-size SUV category. This one fit the bill perfectly. Seat comfort is great for both me and my husband (usually I love and he hates it, or he loves it and I hate it). Both kids fit well in the back seat (no small feat since one "kid" is now almost 6 feet tall) and the back is perfect for 2 siberian huskies -- not too big for them to roll around but also enough room for them to easily fit. And when the dogs aren't there it is great for groceries and hauling other things. I love the close and lock button on the rear lift gate -- I use it all the time with my pups, hauling groceries in, and more. While I'm still getting used to the vehicle overall I haven't found anything that takes away from me loving it.Read more reviews at Cars.com
